Where does the evidence come from?
From your network's public footprint: what your customers already write and rate on open platforms, across every market you operate in. Nothing private, nothing internal, nothing that requires access.
Is this legal — and ethical?
Yes. We read only information that is public and observable by anyone. The value is not in the access; it is in understanding the signals, which we turn into intelligence for you.
What networks is Sighture for?
Networks operating across several countries, or at large scale within one — hundreds or thousands of units. Wherever a single network figure can no longer tell the whole story.
How much of my teams' time does it take?
None. There are no systems to connect and no data to prepare. Your organization does not participate — that is precisely what keeps the reading independent.
How is this different from my reputation dashboard?
Your dashboard is something you operate, on what already comes through your own channels. Sighture is the outside view you don't operate: it reads your network's full footprint without passing through your internal filter, tells you what weighs most and where to look first, and marks how far the evidence reaches. And it is yours alone — it never feeds anyone else's report.
What if the evidence isn't enough?
We tell you. We would rather decline an assertion than hand you something that will not survive the question at your table.
Who else sees my reading?
No one. It is not resold and never feeds a market report. It is yours.
Does it replace my internal systems?
No. It is the angle your systems cannot have: the one from outside. It joins your table; it replaces nothing.
Does it work in an M&A transaction?
Yes — on either side of the table, in two stages with an honest gate between them. It has its own page.
Compared against what, exactly?
Against the operators you actually compete with, market by market, from what each one leaves in its public footprint. The comparison that matters for a decision — where you hold, where you cede, where there is ground to take — is the Competitive Reality reading: there your position is measured against whoever is contesting your customer, not only against yourself.
Will you tell me what to do?
We take you to the threshold of the decision: what is happening across your network, how large, where to look first. The decision is yours — you know your operation as no one else does. We put new levers in your hand; we do not decide for you.
Can you read something your standard readings don't cover?
We explore it. Our readings are a starting point, not a straitjacket: if your network raises a different question, we study it case by case and, when public evidence allows it to be answered with rigor, we design the reading around it.
Who are you — and what's your track record?
It is led by someone with twenty-five years leading multinational consumer networks across Latin America and Europe — from the side that decides, not the side that watches. We work with discretion and always in writing. We don't showcase clients or logos: the same discretion that will protect your reading, which is yours alone. Rather than asking you to trust a list of names, we show you our work on your own network — request a first look and judge us by the work.
How does it start?
With a first reading of your network, no commitment attached. Write to us and we will tell you what we see and what the work would include.
